Seriously though, humans will never be one with nature ever again - because our ultimate goal as a species is to master our fate. Also, most of the recent discoveries of this century have revealed that nature 'does it best'. So instead, we'll probably try to master nature to achieve that; but no one should try until we've mastered our desires -- so that we don't create anything out of greed.

REALLY late Christmas present for Kigeni I went to visit him in December and we made a trip out to SF. While riding away from the Castro on a bus, we sang "I'll Cover You" from RENT. So needless to say, the picture needed to be drawn <3 There's a version without the highlights and background here. This piece still needs some tweaking and some add ons, but is almost finished. I really love circular motifs and enigmatic backdrops with near ethereal creatures. I also like to use words like "enigmatic" and "ethereal". Scintillate is a pretty awesome word that I can't use here. Apparently full blooded wolves do not have blue eyes. I think this creature transcends such earthly bindings like genetic pigmentation. Ha!
